Are these sentences natural? August 2

Hi,

Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

1. What would have been their main source of employment? ( I was asking questions in a museum)

2. This must have been the house of a rich farmer, mustn’t it?

3. Where would they have been getting their water from?

Thanks,

MG.

Thanks Clive.

One follow up question, if you don't mind.

What is the difference between these two sentences? For some reason, maybe due to the influence of my mother tongue, I tend to use 'must' in such situations.
