Hi,

Are these sentences natural to a native ear?

1. The only other aspect that can play into is the time lag associated with delivery.

2. Do you have a sense as to where that will increase in the next 2 years?

3. This is the second month we had higher operating costs.

I think we just have different interpretations of 'that'.
