Are these sentences natural? April 8

Hi,

Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

1. Would / will you remember to send them to me next Friday? ( can I say this to my senior without sounding demanding?

2. By the way, what is a reasonable time to leave the office, in your mind? ( I asked this to a person when she said, “go home tonight at reasonable time”)

3. His balcony looks out onto the east side of the city and a part of the lake.

Thanks,

MG.

Hi,

It's fine.
We often don't use the 'a'.
And we often say 'over' instead of 'onto'.
