Are these sentences grammtically correct?

I am writing to confirm that they will be arriving at Singapore International Airport on 4th April 2016 at 17.00 hrs by Emirates Airlines. They will occupy the apartment on the same day, so please provide the contact details of caretaker of the building so they can contact them upon arrival.
