Are these sentences grammatically worded?

In order to fix the 2 hole wall mounted mixer supplied, we require a pre-fabricated rough parts connected to the built-in part; otherwise, the plumber has to make a copper plumbing connection between the control valve and the spout. The supplier sent a spout and control with individual built-in part and there is no connection between them.

A little confusing. I think this is what you want to say: You have supplied us with a two-hole, wall-mounted mixer, but as it stands there is nothing to connect the spout and the built-in control valve. What we need is a pre-fabricated rough connection to the control valve, otherwise the plumber will have to construct copper tubing to connect the control valve and the spout.
