Are these sentences grammatically worded?

Mr. Roney request for early relieving from the company by a week. Since there is only limited flight service to his home town and no flight schedule is provided by the airline company concerned for the next month, he wanted to prepone the relieving date by a week so that he can catch the last flight to his home town for this month.

In some of your sentences it's hard to understand what you mean. I'll have to guess a little: Mr. Roney has requested that he be permitted to take his leave of absence a week earlier than anticipated.
