I am writing to express my appreciation for the quality of service you offered me the days of my stay at your hotel at this difficult situation. Especially F&B service. Food was awesome. Despite the many offers I received from other hotels, I decided for you because of the unbeatable deal you offered me. I enjoyed the peace and quiet I needed. I have one suggestion that you need to maintain good quality of furniture and wall painting. The sofa looks little stained. It needs deep cleaning and paint touch up as well where required. I tried to contact you before I leave but the call was disconnected.
