Are these sentences grammatically sound and correct?

As a result of Senior Graphic designer’s leave of Absence next week, and duties assigned to that position require coverage. Staff members whoever will be available on the respective dates be temporarily assigned to his position to fulfill a short-term need in the department. A detailed job duties indicated against their names.
