Are these sentences grammatically correct and natural?

As stated and informed in the beginning of the academic year 2020-21, there should be a scholarship test for fee concession, but unfortunately nothing was given and even no test was conducted.
However, we have paid full fee for year 2020-21 as per the fee schedule provided. Therefore, we request that you to look into this matter and please give us a favour of fee concession on year 2020-21.
Under this circumstances, we request you accede to this request and kindly do the needful.We will be thankful to you for considering our request.
