Are these sentences grammatically correct and do they have the same meaning?

Here we have a "how noun phrase:

It's strange how it works.

And It is acting as a Dummy Subject right? So I can do this:

How it works is strange.

But is it grammatical? It doesn't sound well in my native language.


Also does this sentence have the same meaning and is it correct:

It's strange the way it works // The way it works is strange
