Are these sentences grammatically correct?

I heard that the tower was leaning slightly.

I heard that the tower was slightly leaning.

l’ve heard that the tower is leaning slightly.

l’ve heard that the tower was leaning slightly.

I’ve heard that the tower has slightly been leaning.

l’ve heard that the tower has been leaning slightly.
