Are these sentences grammatically correct?

The velcro hook and loop of the seat cushion is too short for attaching it to the frame structure

The velcro hook and loop to the seat cushion provided is too short attaching it to the frame structure.

The Velcro hook and loop attached to the seat cushion is too short for tie it to the frame structure.
