Are these sentences grammatically correct?

The crystal lantern received was found to be defective; the metal ring structures were not found a correct round shape. The ring structure was found to have 5 to 10 mm distortion all around, so the crystal rods are not fitting into slot of the ring. It shows very irregularity and some of the crystal rods are exceeded outward the ring by 20 mm.

Please check the sentences above and advise me if they are worded correctly.
