Are these sentences grammatically correct?

We sent one of technicians to inspect the humidor cabinet for the humidity level issues. It was found low water in the humidifiers and both units (humidifiers) were placed together in the cabinet, so we refilled the unit with the distilled water at a deserved level and re-positioned the units. (one placed on the top shelf and other unit placed on the bottom shelf). The units are now found to be working properly.
