Are these sentences grammatically correct?
Hi Teacher,
Please look at the sentences below and advise me if they are worded correctly.
All details were marked in red are related to this subject. There are more expenses on this subject, so please consider the expenses which were incurred from 2-5-19 to 20-5-19 where we clearly mentioned our expenses for each activity carried out at the site. Since we can't obtain the report from the system, we can't give you the report in details; otherwise we would have given you the detailed report, so please check the system accordingly.

(no need were) Also I would rewrite the second sentence: Please consider that there are more expenses which we incurred from 2-5-19 to 20-5-19 (and add the needed info) And the third one: Since we can`t obtain and give you the system report, please check the system manually (or either way you want to mention in you message)
