Letter Writing

Are these sentences grammatically correct?

I am writing to request for change in placement for my daughter Naureen. She is currently in the 5th grade in division F. I feel she needs to be in Division C, which is less than the class student ratio compare to other divisions. We prefer better class student ratio; other divisions are overflooded

anonymous I would to like to request you to consider moving my daughter Naureen, who is presently in Division F, to Division C. Division C has much better student-teacher ratio compared to any other Division.
