Are these sentences grammatically correct?

The automatic document feeder of Photocopier E225 in our site office is always getting stuck. When we contacted the dealer about this issue, they said that this model already has a issue on automatic document feeder. It is not same like what we had before. The model number E224e had a big pinch roller, so it won't get jam. They advised us to clean the pinch roller with clean cloth, but it doesn't work. When we try to copy for more than five pages, it will get jam.
