Are these sentences grammatically correct

As we discussed and agreed in the meeting, we all understand that we could have avoided these damages to the plumbing conduits if we had a as-built drawing, but there is no as-built drawing available at present.

However, we all agreed that the work is in progress and it has not yet been completed, and our office is well aware of the issue and fix them before we proceed the screed work.

We request that MEP consultant to carry out a test and commissioning on the water and drainage line before proceeding the flooring work, and it was agreed in the meeting.
