Are these sentences grammatically correct?

The pendant light has been fixed at the center of the ceiling width in living room, it is 300 cm, so the height clearance from the floor to bottom of the light is 170 cm due to the low ceiling height. We can avoid this by moving the light to above the coffee table table, so there will be no disturbance, but the light we need to fixed at 190 cm which will not be the center of the ceiling.
