Are these sentences grammatically correct?

I have been holding a active savings account with your bank since last 2 years. I don't have any ATM card yet. But. I already had an ATM card for my overseas account with your bank. I would like to avail the facility of ATM card so that I can do my all transactions related to this account without any hassles. I would be grateful, if you could issue a new an ATM card otherwise please tell me the procedure to apply for a new ATMC card, and I would also like to know the time required for issue of the card, once applied.
