Are these sentences grammatically correct?

As requested, I contacted the consultant regarding the delivery place. He briefed me about it and it is near our project. Also, he mentioned that two big screens to be included in this delivery. He saying that our group director has already agreed to in his telephone discussion with the client to deliver those 2 big screens.
