Are these sentences grammatically correct?

Is the bathtub cancelled in bathroom to be renovated? or Is it to be replaced with a new one?

Instead, is there only sliding shower with a partition of half wall 42 cm and shower glass on top of the wall?

I cannot understand what you mean.
