Are these sentences grammatically correct?

I was being charged for the damage that occurred before I drove the car because the payment shows that it was included charges for repair / replacement part for the damaged brake light. This was noticed and inform your staff who handed the car over us. He informed that he had marked the damage on his document. You should have checked with your staff before charging. As regular a customer, please check with your end and write off this unfairly charges.
