Are these sentences grammatically correct?

Since the spa pack unit does not fit the site, we completed it with a new spa pack unit from the local supplier. Therefore, we need to return to this supplier as it is no longer required for this project.

The reference number has been mistakenly interchanged in the status report; please read 456212 for class 32 and 456213 for class 32A. Attached is the copy of purchase receipt for your reference.
