Are these sentences grammatically correct?

UPS has called and informed us that the following shipments have arrived and cleared, and are being held for payment of duty and tax.

It seems that the system generate the stock code from number 550600 instead number 550500 chronologically, so we are missing stock code continuity. The last stock code was 550499 so the next stock code was supposed to be 550500, but it starts from number 550600.
