Are these sentences grammatically correct?

The package was received in good conition, so it was not a mistake from the transporter but the supplier. The damage was occurred before the pacing then they sent it to us as they are. It was due to impoerply stacked and storage for a certain period.

The package was received in a good condition, so it was not the transporter's mistakes but the supplier. The damage has been occurred before the packing then they sent it to us as it is. It was due to improperly stacked and careless handling.
