Are these sentences grammatically correct?

Our forwarding agency has informed that shipment has just been cleared from customs and waiting for booking of container delivery from Port Terminal Management
Please arrange the gate passes for the attached details from our forwarding agency so that we can deliver the shipment to the site accordingly.
