Are these sentences grammatically correct?

Upon inspection, most of the candles were found to be damaged.It seems that packages were being exposed to direct sunlight at the port or maybe due to high temperature in the container as a result item were found damaged. The wax will soften and start to melting in temperature over 27 degree Celsius.
