Are these sentences grammatically correct?

As we discussed, Mr. Lawine has requested us to retract his resignation from our company as he has resolved his personal issues, so please do not take any further decisions / actions on his resignation letter dated 01/04/2015 and accept this letter as withdrawer of his resignation letter.
