Are these sentences grammatically correct?

As you all know, we are all busy with the project handover work. There is lot of work to be carried out incorporated with the handover work at the site. Due to lack of manpower, I have already mentioned it to you at the site that we can’t take up any other work unless we have completed this project handover. If it is an urgent, please contact any of our subcontractors for this work.
