Are these sentences grammatically correct?

It is normal to have hot / warm on heating plates of radiators while it is working. My advise is that we provide timber louvre panel to cover the radiators so that no one can get heat shock when they accidently touch.

It is noticed that water accumulated in the floor lights in the hall area. I suspected that the ingress of water from the fountain area that has accumulated in the floor lights.
