Are these sentences grammatically correct?

As you are aware, Mr. Jeff has entitled 50 days leave till August'2014, so he has decided to utilize 30 days and remaining 20 days he requested for encashment, but you have paid him encashment only $ 1050 for 15 days, so please arrange to pay the balance 5 days at the earliest.

We do not use 'Mr' with a person's first name. It is either 'Mr Smith' or just 'Jeff'.
