Are these sentences grammatically correct?

As discussed, I have canceled the prior approval taken for the treatment in the queen hospital, which I have paid directly to the hospital for the said treatment. I haven't requested them to take prior approval for this treatment because they asked me to come after two days, so I have decided to take the treatment on the same day of consultation with my expense. However, please re-consider this case and arrange to reimburse my medical expenses incurred on this treatment.

It is too long and confusing. I think that this is what you mean: I have canceled the Queen Hospital treatment, for which I paid the hospital directly. They have asked me to come in two days from now, so I have decided to have the treatment on the same day as consultation at my expense.
