Are these sentences grammatically correct?

We would like to confirm that we have made the contract with you for leasing a vehicle with a driver for 10 hours a day, not 8 hours, so we'll pay only for the same.
If any hours after your said timing that you calculate as overtime during our contract, the expenses will be borne by yourself.
