Are these sentences grammatically correct?

Upon receipt of salary slip for the last month, we noticed that the salary issued for Mr. Alex was undercalculated. Since his rejoining date was on 27-11-2012, you must be included these 3 days in his last month salary, but it was not added, so please arrange to pay this shortfall immediately.

I like your rewrite, but these are two independent clauses, and require either a conjunction, a semicolon, or a full stop between.
