Are these sentences grammatically correct?

The items supplied were rejected by the client due to non-conformity. They are saying that the items were not fabricated as per their specifications. They are asking for the items to be made of bigger size of stainless steel tube and no need any stopper on it. / The Items supplied were rejected by the client because they were not fabricated as per their specs. It was supposed to be made of bigger size of stainless steel tube and no need any stopper on it.
