Are these sentences grammatically correct?

As per the images provided, the package looks good, but we have to make sure that the orientation of the box, is it vertical or horizontal.In addition, they need to confirm whether the cargo is palletized or not because I do not see any pallets or feet under the box

The forwarding agency made a rectangular wooden box without any feet. If we need to move the cargo safely, either the box shoud have feet or it must be placed on wooden pallet. We need to enusure that the box should have feet or pallet as this box contains very fragile items.
