Are these sentences grammatically correc?

The dinner spoon supplied 6 out of 24 pieces were found different. The reference on the packing boxes are same. It may be a different model. They mistakenly put different item in the packing because these six pieces do not have any design pattern and its shape does not match the item ordered, so please ask the supplier to replace it with the correct one.
