Are these sentences grammatical and natural?

Hi, I am Korean.

I have difficulty understanding this sentence.

It has no context.

Only one sentence in grammar exercises.

(a) I'd like to recommend a company we do business with there.

I think that the sentence can be changed into the followings.

s1. I'd like to recommend a company which we do business with there.

s2. I'd like to recommend a company that we do business with there.

s3. I'd like to recommend a company with which we do business there.

Are those three sentences grammatical and natural?

I divided '(a)sentence' into two sentences.

- I'd like to recommend a company. We do business with it there.

My friend said,

"Because (a) has no context, s2 is unnatural

and that s2 is strange because of 'there."

However, I think that the object of 'with' is which or that , so there is just an adverb although the sentence has no context.

Please, help me!

Your three sentences are all OK. The original sentence is exactly the same as s2 except that the original sentence has elided the word 'that'. What you cannot do, however, is this: * I'd like to recommend a company with that we do business there.
