Are these sentences grammatical?

I know some of these don't make sense, but it only matters if they're grammatical or not. So...are they?

1. How long didn't Tom wait?
2.They decided to go yesterday yesterday.
3. Tomorrow, they decided to go yesterday.
4. They decided yesterday to go tomorrow.

Hi,
I know some of these don't make sense, but it only matters if they're grammatical or not. So...are they?

1. How long didn't Tom wait? OK grammar
2.They decided to go yesterday, yesterday. I'd put a comma.
3. Tomorrow, they decided to go yesterday. OK grammar
4. They decided yesterday to go tomorrow. Fine, not odd.

Best wishes, Clive

I'm not sure whether 3 would be considered grammatical. In a purely syntactic sense, yes, but semantically, no, because it makes no sense.
