Are these sentences grammaticaaly worded?
You have ordered 10 SS rods, but finial was ordered only 18 pieces. We require 20 finials for 10 rods, so no finial was found ordered for SS rod 4 meter length. As for the rod 4 meter length, you have ordered only 3 brackets for each rod. We require 4 brackets for each rod since the rod is in 4 meter length. There is no mistake in items received except for item # 10, but there is mistake in the order for the item # 22 on order.
