Are these sentences gramatically correct?

My questions are below the line.

1-) Where did you decide it when you were? (Is that a correct question?)

(I know, It can also be “Where did you decide it” but i am focusing on the questions including two -wh question word)

2-) Where did you decide to go to Italy?

(What does that question mean? Does it means where you were when you decided to go to Italy?)

3-) Where do you think that you are gonna be happy when you live?(Is that a correct question gramatically?)

4-)I wouldn’t draw the picture of the house where i had always wanted to live in the future.(Is using of relative clause(where) in that sentence correct?)
