Are these sentences free from mistakes?

When you sell a book that you've scribbled some notes in, you might find yourself thinking about it after a while. I don't feel regretful because I've done something that cannot be undone . Rather, I feel uneasy because I feel as if I've left part of me in the hands of a complete stranger.
