Since his army was now in a disadvantageous position, the lich and his tharchions decided to withdraw. Shortly thereafter, Szass Tam magically transported himself to the encampment of the Griffon Legion to speak with Aoth, Malark, Bareris, and the aerial company’s other leaders.
