Are these sentences correct, please?

Please, are these sentences correct?

1) Why don’t they rush out? (be late) = They will if they are late.
2) Why doesn’t she take up an instrument? (have time) = She will if she has time.
3) Why doesn’t he make much sense? (be sober) = He will if he is sober.
4) Why don’t you apply yourself? (have the money) = I will if I have the money.
5) Why don’t I kill the animal? (have courage) = You will if you have courage.
6) Why doesn’t he take a shower? (have soap) = He will if he has a soap.
7) Why doesn’t she speak the language? (learn it) = She will if she learns it.
8) Why don’t we buy a new instrument? (cash the check) = We/you will if we/you cash the check.

Number 4) and ought to be I shall, and number 8) ought to be We shall.
This is because the first person singular or plural of the future tense is always I/We shall.
