1)When people say "It wipes" That mean the liquid that has been spilled is wipable, right?

2)"I climed a mountain." is a complete and correct sentence, right? It means I went up in the mountains, right?

1)When people say "It wipes" That mean the liquid that has been spilled is wipable, right? I haven't heard anyone say this. I'd say something like 'You can wipe it up easily'.
