Are these sentences correct? If not, how can I correct them?

"The fact that you have said that shows what you know."
"I am going to write a well made poem as I have written(Or I wrote?) many before"

I have no idea what you mean by #2, but I guess:

The fact that you have said that shows what you know.
I am going to publish a well-made poem that I wrote many years before.

I meant that I have written many poems before so the poem i'm going to write will be just as good
