Are these sentences correct?

So I'm writing this message and I was wondering if it's correct grammatically.

If you are going to look at the videos for attendance today,
then you should know that I was there the whole practice, but I just did not perform at the end for the last piece because I didn't have the courage to do so.

It is grammatically correct, though it is rather casually written, especially the way you used "just." That being said, it is correct and clear.
