Are these sentences correct?

Today, when I`ve been washing my car, he approached me and told me that he had to go to the bank.

He has talked to me once, when I was cleaning my rug.

It looks like you want to use the present perfect. Here are some examples:

Acually, I`m learning Spanish too and I wondered if there`s the same grammar rule here (in the first sentence) but, apperently, there`s not. Thanks!
