A. I gave much money.
B. He goes out much.
C. He works more than me.
D. He has more money than me.
E. He works most of all.

A. I gave much money. Possible. I gave a lot of money would be more usual.
B. He goes out much. Awkward. He goes out a lot/frequently/often would be more usual. However, Does he go out much? and He doesn't go out much are fine.
